Beat convicted cop killers in public. Repeatedly. Let them serve their time, while beating them. Then release them, tag them, and beat them randomly until their last days. Make this policy public and open.

Amen to that. I agree fully. I think George Carlin did a piece on public executions, beatings, etc... It was pretty funny and it also made you think.
